(Cypress, CA) Release the beast! Jägermeister with JVC Mobile Entertainment, Peavey Electronics, and Schecter Guitars present the Jägermeister Mobile Stage Kickoff Party featuring Seether. The custom-built Jägermeister Mobile Stage makes its official debut on Monday, April 23rd at the JVC Electronics Warehouse in Cypress, CA. This will be a VIP, Invite-only Media/Press event.
At the push of a button, this 44 long trailer by Phoenix Trailer & Body opens up to a fully self-contained 34 wide x 16 deep x 20 high concert stage with professional sound and lighting. The top of the line sound system is built into the stage and provided courtesy of Peavey Electronics. The state-of-the-art lighting system is provided by Chauvet Lighting. The whopping yet whisper-quiet generator is located in a sound-proofed enclosure and can power the stage all day and night.
Pulling the stage will be a state-of-the art Showhauler toter home, which has four bunks to house the professional road staff, including a sound engineer, lighting professional and CDL approved driver. The toter also includes a kitchen, shower, and bathroom, and has been Pimped Out with enough JVC flat screen TVs and sound systems to make XZibit jealous.
This marks the first time the Jäger Mobile Stage will ever be seen in public! Seether is set to break it in. The South African alternative metal band will be celebrating the anticipated release of their latest album on Wind Up Records. Its been a while since we have played live, says bassist Dale Stewart. Were excited to get back out and try some of the new material in front of a fun crowd. Most importantly, we love when we can hang out with our good friends and be a part of something cool like this. The bands Whitestarr, Mower, Kicking K8, and Dragstrip Kitty will also appear on this day-long celebration of music and the stage that will make it possible. The stage opens at 3 p.m. and rocks till 11 p.m.!
After the launch, the Jägermeister Mobile Stage hits the road, and among other things, will be the Official Second Stage of Ozzfest 2007. The Mobile Stage is also scheduled to be a part of various National Hot Rod Association races this year.
Jägermeister has been kicking around this idea for a long time. The fact that weve spent a year designing and building this stage proves our dedication to music, says Rick Zeiler, Director of Marketing and Brand Development for Jägermeister. Were ready to rock AND roll!
